The Director of RTM services and training center Peter Nana Agyen has commended Government for introducing skilled and entrepreneurship training program for the youth of the country.
He said, skills and entrepreneurship has become the odder of the day ,because it helps the Government to reduce unemployment situation in the country..
He made this remarks when RTM services and training center held a graduation ceremony for 60 trainees who have successfully completed an intensive 4-week training program in Forklift and excavator O 
peration in sunyani Bono Region.
Mr Agyen stated that, RTM has remarkable track record of delivering top notch training with former students excelling in various capacities in Ghana and Abroad “Our training regimes are expertly handled by experienced master craftsmen /women with decades of practical and academic training. He emphasized that skills training is a key solution to the unemployment challenges that plague the country.
He called on companies to provide internships and hands on opportunities to enhance the graduates competence .
He also called on the Government and industry players to support skills and entrepreneurship hubs like RTM services and training center to produce more skills youth in the country
“we are not only improving individual career prospects but also contributing to the broader objectives of National development and security because this initiative directly addresses unemployment by equipping young people with the skills needed for immediate employment,” he stated.
Some of the graduates also expressed gratitude to RTM services and training center the impactful knowledge and skills training given them.
